Brown Bag Burgers in Lorain

A couple coworkers & myself thought we'd stop here after a long day. One coworker had us already sold on the shrimp sandwich & a frozen beverage they serve here, so we were anxious to try both. We ordered & service was quick & efficient. I also ordered Foo Foo, which is fries topped with nacho cheese, chili & jalapeno peppers. The peppers... So good! The drinks were excellent as well. I think almost every worker acknowledged our party & was welcoming. Will definitely come back.

First time in today! The place looked great, prices were low and the food was fast. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich with spicy garlic wing sauce. Mmmm, delicious but messy. I had a great experience. Would suggest for anyone who finds themselves in the area.

Wide variety of ways to get a sandwich, hamburger or snack. Reasonable prices. Decent food.

I can't figure out for the life of me why this restaurant establishment was named 'Brown Bag Burgers', since it has nothing to do with a cheap brown bag, paper sack, burger! The Lunch menu definitely lacked a "Brown bag" pricetag, and for a "nothing to write home about average Burger & Fries, a Soda(my granddaughter and I) was pricey menu is overpriced mediocre food.

Good food. Unusual ordering everything separate. Used to getting a burger combo not all separate. But other than that not bad

I love this place! The godfather burger is the only one I've ever eaten, but at least 5 times! It's my favorite. I usually order and pick it up. It's always ready but the time I get there. The servers are great and the place is always very clean!

Great home town beer, good burgers, even a turkey alternative

It was great. Nice that they serve alcohol. Food was good. Atmosphere was good. Tables are too close together though.

Literally bad avocados, my mom's burger wasnt even made right, when we called to tell them the manager said sorry about that avocado and our computer shows the sandwich was asked to be made the way we made it. Like whoever the manager is tonight sat March 21 2020 bro you need a new job and I hope someone see this review.

The best food! If you like chili cheese fries and jalapenos get the Foo Foo fries!!!

Just stopped and decided to go elsewhere. Employee smoking marijuana on side of building. Not a pleasant smell for me before eating.

Food was fantastic! Server was spot on, drinks were always full and she stopped by often to make sure our needs were met. Prices very fair for the amount of food included.

Great burger, I was out of town for work and saw the sign. Figured why not? It was well worth it enjoyed every single bit. Well actually I couldn't finish it was a nice size burger.

Really enjoy the food, portions are more than fair. My fave is the Godfather Burger! If you want something thats different try em out, not too harsh on your pocket either.

Pretty decent, ordered wings with our burgers and the wings were under cooked and tasted like the fryer oil hadnt been changed in a long time

The All American burger had mayo, tomato pickles and lettuce on a brioche bun. All of these items tasted fresh and provided a great texture and flavor to the burger. The meat itself had a great crust to it but didn't taste like it was seasoned. The fresh cut fries were good as was the portion. Service was good and the restaurant itself was clean. I'll try a different menu item next time as they offer plenty of chicken options.

This place is tucked away a little bit in the plaza. The burgers are great and our service was top notch. We went on a slow weekday afternoon, and everything was fresh, hot, and ready right away. There is a make your own burger option. The fries tasted really good but they were a little greasy. You also get a LOT of fries so consider sharing. The beer on tap selections looked amazing, lots of local brews, but it was a work day, so I had to stick to pop.

Brown bag has changed since they first opened. Now it stinks at the restaurant location when I pick it up. I feel like my fries had a weird smell to them as well. They looked old. I’m disappointed. They need to reorganize the staff and provide fresh quality food to be paying that much for a burger.

It was good, my baconcado sandwich was tasty and the sweet potato fries were good too.

Rudest staff person behind bad ever. Asked me for here or to go very fast without even greeting me first so I didn't quite hear then repeated herself very rudely and loud. I responded we weren't eating then she snappily responded the kitchen closes now anyhow and the bar closes in 15 minutes. I had no idea since it was Friday and the attitude was completely unnecessary. I will NEVER be back and I live literally right down the street.

Awesome burgers and wings. I had the Godfather burger. The bun was soft and the two parties were juicy and tasty. I also tasted the Habanero wings which were delicious with a good kick. Also had the Fiesta fries which were good as well. This location also has a decent beer selection including Fat heads and Great Lakes breweries. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Online ordering is excellent but the quality of food and service is another issue. I ordered fresh cut fries that tasted as if they were made 4 hours prior. Also, attention to detail as to what was ordered with an 18% tip should have garnered some sort of extra customer service to ensure that the order was correct before being handed off to the customer. I didnt realize that my online order of Fresh Cut Fries and Fiesta Fries were the same. Maybe I should have saved myself. 80 cents and just ordered 2 Fresh Cut, sitting in a warmer for 4 hours fries because apparently the 1 order of Fiesta Fries magically turned into 2 orders of Fresh cut soggy fries. I will not return. I'm better off going to McDonalds.

The absolute best chicken quesadillas of all time

Tried this place for the first time and it is actually pretty good. My husband had wings and a sandwich and I had the patty melt and chili cheese fries. Service was good and prompt.. We will return

Great burgers and fries! Portions are huge! I ordered a baconcado double (should've stuck to a single) it was awesome. The foo foo fries are killer as well (chili cheese fries). I ordered a medium... Should've gotten the small. I'm a large man I'm telling you Portions are HUGE!

I originally had a burger here and considering that's in their name I would of thought it would of been better. However I ordered wings recently from here and they were seriously delicious. My new go to place for wings. Yummy

We go here every year for my birthday it is so good! The food is always well cooked and delicious. Also the fries are the best around. Very pleased.

Godfather burger and small fries, delicious. And quick. Only negative is they no longer have the tortilla soup that I loved.
